• Plan and perform routine and preventive maintenance for engineering systems;• Assign, mobilize, guide and support subordinates to perform the general tasks of the Technical Department.• Organize the department&039;s working schedule, evaluate the employee&039;s activities.• Prepare periodical work plans and report progress to the board of directors.• Organize, manage and run all activities of the Engineering Department• Responsible for the entire maintenance work, technical management of the hotel, ensuring the systems and equipment operate well, without interruption.• Identify and warn the unit&039;s risks during operation, propose and implement measures to prevent incidents and reduce risks;• Staff training and orientation.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Office computers can be used• Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering.• Have experience in a similar position• Extensive experience in the designated industry including but not limited to construction, plumbing, carpentry, electrical engineering, environmental engineering, and mechanical systems.• Conversational English. Working in a dynamic, professional environment with many opportunities for career development.
