The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for the installation and maintenance of:• The mechanical and electrical equipment in the factory• The production machineries/ equipment such as boiler/ LPG/ air conditioning and air compressor/ system in the factoryKey Tasks and Responsibilities:• Coordinate the maintenance and repair activities to obtain optimum utilization of machines and equipment.• Develop and monitor a preventive maintenance program• Make documentation for:
- the maintenance actions done
- the equipment of the factory (for example, but not limited to: ex
-built drawing/ catalogue/ instruction manuals of machines/ building/ utilities...)• Take care of the purchase or lease of forklifts, cranes and hoists• Ensure Health and Safety requirements are met• Organize and coordinate external companies for mechanical installation work (e.g. pipelines or exhaust air ducts)• Report and document machine breakdown and changes• Initiate the repair of equipment• Initiate the manufacturing of parts according to technical drawing or rework of parts according to sketches• Troubleshooting of machine problems• Research equipment improvements & implement process improvement• Organize the purchase of spare parts on the local market (e.g. screws, bearings, circlips, Festo pneumatic components, ...)• Organize and manage the stock of spare parts and consumable parts for the utilities, machines and equipment of the factory

-organized working styleExperience and Education• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position preferable in international companies.• Bachelor degree or higher level in mechanical engineering or related majors.• Desirable experience:
- In the maintenance of industrial machines
