-functional teams to generate Manufacturing Inspection Test Plans that ensures good quality products are producedAnalyze the root causes and implement corrective actions for processes or parts that have concernsCreating and maintaining the Company&039;s Quality Standards; develop, implement and maintain the Company&039;s quality documentation, such as quality procedures, reports etc…Ensure all quality data is captured recorded and exploitedLiaise with managers and QC to ensure the smooth introduction of new QC processes and for reporting and reducing quality issuesResponsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the QC SOP and the environment; through training and work instructionsContinuously improving Quality proceduresPreparation of QA reportsInspect to ensure that products and processes comply with requirements, using established engineering techniquesConduct audits, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actionsEnsure quick resolution of supplier quality failures, and implement corrective and preventive actions, through working with all Department ManagersAny other reasonable duties.Establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality awareness throughout the team
