- Conduct monthly performance assessment of desk staff;
- Directing table staff to serve VIP parties;
- Make reports to upper management as required.
- Training and guiding new desk staff;
- Directly manage desk staff;
- Coordinating with the Kitchen department to serve breakfast buffet for room guests;
- Manage tools, tools and assets of the Restaurant department;
- Handling customer requests and inquiries;
- Supervising the restaurant, assigned department;
- Ensuring the service quality of the restaurant department;

Yêu cầu công việc

- Have 2
-3 years of experience in similar position.
- English communication.
- Good appearance, honest personality, agile in work, flexible in guiding customers to use the service and answering customer questions. Working in a dynamic, professional environment with many career development opportunities.
