Monitoring and checking all bills payments are closed correctlyResolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfactionCommunicate technical faults to the relevant departments and managementCheck and make sure all orders are placed correctly in the systemCheck the clothing and appearances of the F&B team members according to the company standardsSupport all Managers on organizing, supervising and running smoothly all the operations belonging F&B DepartmentMonitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.Train and develop team membersReceiving and checking the goods from external companiesCollaborate with Manager providing inputs and ideas for promotions and eventsCheck daily that all the Checklists are followed by all the employees.Regularly check storage areas for proper supplies, organization, and cleanliness.Adhere to local regulations concerning FSMS / HACCP, health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.Supporting Management on ordering and supplying the right amount of beverage stockOperate in the F&B as an all

- Have 1
-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English communication
- Neat appearance
