Review completed tasks to ascertain compliance with standardsProvide solution to any complex IT related challenges in the organizationCoordinate application of software releasesWork alongside other departments to achieve company goals and visionsCoach all team members and motivate them to produce desired resultsWork closely with IT Manager for all task that will be assigned following each department requests and requirements (this includes ERP, SAP, etc projects)Other responsibilities will be assigned by IT Manager / DGV Management which are related to IT scope of workKeep abreast of changes in the standards, technologies or methodologiesPerform regular IT audit to discover areas of weaknesses and fortify themPerform periodic risk assessments and initiate risk control strategiesSupervise repair and maintenance of all IT gadgetsWrite and forward regular reports to the IT ManagerMonitor all team members and provide necessary advice and guidanceCarry out in
