Mô tả công việc

- Directs the implementation of construction, alteration and installation of such projects.
- Utilizes resources productively and conducts quality checks see that all standards are strictly maintained. Responsible for the development and resourcing of new landscape projects.
- Organizes and establishes the planning and scheduling necessary to ensure all services are performed in a safe and timely manner, including working alongside general laborer to complete tasks.
- Coordinates personnel, resources, materials, and communication necessary to assure smooth and efficient landscape construction activities.

- Required to adhere to and enforce all company policies, standards and safety guidelines, work with other employees as a team, and meet or exceed company production rates set forth.
- Must have knowledge of and be competent in the operation of landscaping equipment.
- Must be computer literate and proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel. Required to assist in the development and preparation of the Department budget; review budgetary and financial data; monitor expenditures and provide recommendations.
- Ability to meet physical and environmental demands as required. Great customer service & teamwork skills a must. Meals during shift+ Talent development program for employee+ Working time: not over 45h/week+ Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance as Property Policy
