- Direct product supplier performance management – measure and weekly/monthly review with key suppliers12
- Other additional task assigned by direct managers6
- Weekly/Monthly reviewed with sales/customer service for sales order accuracy and action plans.1
- Receive the orders from customers/sales/customer service/offices and consolidate for the production planning11
- Review the orders to the key suppliers with management team to improve the lead time.5
- Stock management (Finish products/Semi
-Finish product if any) according to inventory policy/level and monthly reports for stock.7
- Weekly/Monthly reviewed with costing team to improve the production costs if any4
- Joined daily meeting with sales/customer service/office to update the Lead time/KPIs and actions2
- From the production planning/total sale orders/forecasts, calculate the PO to proceed to the contracted suppliers and followed
-up to ensure no Out Of Stock or incorrect quantity.10
- Plan and consult the management team for the factories’ orders allocation based on the key factories/supplier performance.3
- Updated the changes of orders to key factories following customer requirements.9
- Ensure and manage the update and correction of each order proceed to the factories.
