Gardenline International, is a specialist in outdoor furniture for over 25 years in Vietnam & China. Our premium outdoor furniture produced in Vietnam and shipped to customers all over the world. We are looking for a Purchasing Executive to join our team.The Purchasing Executive will be responsible for:· Managing daily purchasing activities.· Placement of orders to suppliers.· Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.· Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.· Track orders and ensure timely delivery.· Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases· Managing supplier relations and negotiating prices and order timelines.· Work with factory to delivery on
-time.· Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.· Keep up with various updates to provide to Costing departments.Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.Diagnose production problems and work with factories to present alternatives.· Research potential vendors.

Yêu cầu công việc

· Minimum of 2 solid years of purchasing in a Furniture Manufacturing Environment as a purchasing manager or in a similar position· Able to make decisions in a fast
-paced environment.· Strong ability to drive products costing analysis, set up products target cost and actively involved in project team (including factories) to reduce cost of the products· Strong planning and organizational skills.· Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently· Strict attention to detail· Accurate and precise attention to detail· Must have a strong systems background and have excellent analytical skills; sound understanding of costing principals.· Having previous experience about BOM· Strong in Management Reporting, Manageability and Planning.· High level skill in Microsoft Excel.· Fluency in English is a priority· Strong in Time
