General Responsibilities (but not limited to): • Source, evaluate and develop new potential supplier through audit and identify supplier development needs and assist in related problem solving• To carry out quality inspections at suppliers’ premises, make sure their quality standard is in compliance with Interbuild standards or our buyers’ quality requirements and authorize the release of shipments accordingly.• To perform quality inspection work in
-progress and finished goods, prepare relevant inspection reports and submit on time to immediate superior accordingly.• Co
-ordinate customer complaints, the follow
-up of corrective actions and improvement activities implementation• Dealing & monitor with suppliers on delivery arrangement • Develop new sample, deal with supplier on making samples, follow sample progress and check in advance to be sure samples will be sent on time with good quality.• To carry out any other duties as delegated by management from time to time

Qualifications/Requirements: • Thorough engineer education and minimum 3 years experience in QC line• Familiar in working with international furniture trading company is an advance.• Good in decision making related to quality issues, familiar with QCs problem solving tools• Good oral and written English and excellent communication skills• Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSC (www.fsc.org) management systems and experience in auditing• Ability to work effectively as a team member interfacing at all levels within the organization as well as with suppliers• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadline
