* Job Summary: Assisting and supporting the Senior Fabric Controller with the day to day fabric inspection reports while following up with QA and factories, to update reports, files and systems.* Job Description:Main Duties / Responsibilities:• Monitoring and managing emails related to the responsibilities of Fabric Controller.• Collect and check all fabric inspection results before reporting to the UK office and factories.• Update and feedback to factories and the UK fabric managers when necessary.• Maintain and update the Stock Controlling file with the final 10% inspection results.• Coordinating with factories to send fabric examples and mock up garment samples.• Daily communication with Alison Hayes roving fabric QA.• Following and tracking samples sent by DHL to the UK office or the China fabric mills.• Monitoring the factory fabric delivery schedule and the weekly fabric inspection plan.• Monitoring the ETA of weekly fabric deliveries to chase shipping Docs and Bill of Lading.• Receipt and file management of the approved batch cuttings received weekly from the UK office.• Checking approved batch cuttings are correct and match before sending one set to the factory.• Updating the actual fabric ETA in FastReact and iScala systems.* Key Contacts / Relationships:• Senior Fabric Controller – Fabric Team Leader• Production Team Leader / Senior Merchandiser• Roving Fabric QA• Vietnam Garment Factories• Alison Hayes UK office• Fabric Mills

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Skills / Experience:• Education: College/ University Degree.• Minimum 3 year
-experience in Garment industry, preferably in merchandising or similar role.• Competency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)• Accurate with numbers and maths.• Ability to work individually and in team.• Be able to work well under high pressure and towards tight deadlines.• Hard working, reliable and be a fast learner.• Able to communicate in written and spoken English.• Able to travel and visit Factories when required.• Basic understanding of fabric quality and inspection procedures would be an advantage.
