Responsible for serving food and beverages in functions efficiently and in a most courteous manner.Carry out all duties in accordance with tasks and descriptions with reference to established rules and policies.Supervises and works with casuals when given assignment in set up or breakdown of functions.Maintains cleanliness and mise

-place level at working station and service pantry for smooth operation according to Event Order.Obtains all general and food requisition from storeroom.Keeps general appearance and maintenance of entire Convention Centre.Follow correct sequence of service outlined in the Standard Operating Manual for each type of function.Sets up tables and all arrangements in accordance with details in the Event Orders.Clean and polishes Glassware, Chinaware, hollowware and flatware.Cleans and removes dishes from the table after service is completed.Transports soiled dishes from function room to kitchen and deposits them at the Stewarding area.Attends all briefings and training sessions as scheduled.Performs any other duties as assigned by your superior in a timely and efficient manner.Maintain excellent grooming standards at all times.Establishes effective employee relations, maintain the highest level of professionalism, ethic and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, heads of department and employees.To identify market needs and trends.Maybe assigned to perform duties of Restaurant or Room Service when needed.He/she may be called upon to undertake responsibilities outside his/her own area and work in other DEPARTMENTs in the hotel for a specific period of time.

-year experience in a similar position.• Extremely high spirit of Customer Service.• Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.• English: Good communication skills.
