-commerce in Vietnam. We’re looking for a City Lead in Danang to join our Lozi Team. Our team consists of young but experienced individuals who are tenacious and energized by the fact that we exist to make a social impact in Vietnam. Working with governments, drivers, passengers, and the community, we aim to unlock the true potential of the region by solving problems that hinder progress.Lozi began as a food app in 2014, but has extended its product platform to include reviewing Food and Selling & Buying in various categories (Fashion, Electronics, Vehicle, Pets & Housing), as well as a mobile Food delivery service (Loship). We focus on pioneering new Buy & Sell experience and food delivery alternatives for sellers and buyers with an emphasis on speed, safety, and reliability. Currently we offer services in Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi, Danang & throughout Vietnam.Get to know the Role:As a City Lead in Danang, you will be responsible for establishing and managing strong business relationships with existing and potential merchant partners to drive growth for Loship. You will lead all elements of business identification, strategy, partnerships, management, and execution strategy. You will hire and manage a team, setting and achieving aggressive KPIs set by CEO to grow the business.Day

-day activities:Develop and execute a yearly plan together with Line Manager which is in line with the company objectives.Make sure 100% team member understand main KPIs & propose appropriate plans to hit targets assigned.Monitor the performance of your team and provide leadership and motivation through technical and commercial knowledge, communication transparency, having a healthy competitive mindset, and by acknowledging successes and failures accordingly.Provide training, coaching, and support to your team to increase productivity, develop and build new and existing skill sets, contributing to the team’s ability to delivery results.Oversee day

-day operation of Loship drivers/ merchants, including but not limited to, communication, acquisition/training, operations solutions.Develop appropriate programs/ incentive structures to increase performance and sense of community.Responsible for monitoring team’s performance on implementation of periodical retention activities for drivers.Develop and maintain a solid understanding of all products and services Loship offers.
