POSITION OVERVIEW

– Digital Marketing Specialist will be involved in developing marketing campaigns to promote Savills Vietnam’s comprehensive services in real estate industry. Work closely with colleagues and company business line leaders and strong ties with Savills offices in Vietnam to update the company activities and understand the company’s objectives and business strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.    SEOCustomer analysis for services doing SEO.Analyze and evaluate keywords.Check and evaluate website quality by keywords.Competitor analysis.Planning for effective SEO, specific strategy to push up keywords in each of phase.Promote SEO keywords to the top of the search engine and ensure to maintain the top position for the long term.Optimize your website for SEO (On page + Off page)Master using the tools to do SEO.Handling errors arising (if any) in the SEO process.Content planning and implementation for the website.Energize and create client engaging, SEO aligned content.Tracking, evaluating and monitoring SEO results by periodic.Report results & propose the way moving next step.Work with team / Use other online marketing tools and methods to boost SEO results.

2.    MediaManage and execute social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and others…)Manage and optimize the company website (under supervise of line manager)Manage EDM (email marketing) systemCollect and analyze data from websites, blogs, EDM systems to explore insights, identify issues and opportunities in order to achieve maximum conversions and ROI.Do report and analytics from digital marketing channels under requests from supervisors (social media, website, EDM, ect…)Study and propose operational guidelines and process on each DM channel: post timeframes, content, languages, the brand identity issues, forms of content (text, live stream, webinar, video, info graphics ...)

3.    OthersSupport marketing department in general regarding to: campaigns, planning and event coordinationsWork under Digital Marketing Manager/ CorpCom Manager to execute plans, campaigns for all business lines.
