•Manage all operation cost of the factory and run factory within target costs and approved budget.•Monitor operation and propose corrective action.•Work closely with Planning, Technical Dept. and line supervisors to ensure that all styles run smoothly and efficiently.•Work & manage QC team to ensure that the repairs of the line is below 5%.•Make exactly plan production to get achievement target compare with actual manufacturing.•Make improvement in process and procedure for factory.•Ensure that the delivery must be achieved on time.•Staff control and discipline must be in
-lined of VN employment law.•Work closely with Planning Dept and Production Dept. to ensure all orders and deliveries meet target achievement.•Send daily production report and monthly production report to BOD.•Control and manage hiring of machinery in Factory.•Allocate resource effectively to maximize production result.•Supervise and motive workers. •Train and motivate workers to increase efficiency.•Review staffs performance.

Yêu cầu công việc
