-curricular programs.• Attending professional development programs organized by iStar;• Completing all paper works required including: writing in the Teaching Report Book after every lesson, Teaching Record Book one week in advance and Class Folders after each class.

Yêu cầu công việc * Minimum Education Requirements / Certification • Bachelor degree level (required)• Other relevant professional qualifications, ESL Teacher Training Certification
- TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, etc (preferred)Experience is not required but preferred. Our teachers will go through The Princeton Review's evaluation and training program after which they will be certified to teach SAT/ACT/TOEFL/SSAT... according to TPR's criteria. iStar will sponsor the fees for this program and the certificates earned will be owned by iStar. IELTS teachers will not require TPR training. Quyền lợi được hưởng - Salary: Full time positions: 25-30USD/hr, with a minimum of 2000USD/month. Annual salaries will depend on the candidate's qualifications and experience. Part-time positions: minimum 30USD/hr. Candidates with teaching experience and certificates will have higher salaries.- Housing: We provide private housing, typically private apartments, for our teachers. For those who wish to rent their own accommodations and have a 6 to 12 month contract, we will also provide a housing allowance.- Airfare support: We also offer to reimburse round trip airfare for teachers who have a 12-month contract and are USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland passport holders.- Premium health care and accident insurance- Bonus for excellent working results- Support for Work Permit
