-depth studies to find new and better methods of handling departmental functionsUpdate trends in the evolving information technology industry, changes in standards, technologyEnsure that corporate data and information are protectedMission completion will be assigned according to the requirements and requirements of each department (including ERP projects, SAP, etc.)Supervise all team members and organize workshops and training, motivate them to produce desired resultsReport regularly to the IT Director
