- Preparation of government regulatory reports as required by client
- Make sure that HSE procedures are strictly followed in all plant activities
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by the Site Engineer
- Assist lead engineer in developing detailed preventive and predictive maintenance procedures for plant solar collection system
- Testing of electrical systems to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair
- Perform corrective and preventive actions for all solar plant components
- Perform preventive maintenance schedule at site
- Monitoring of the plant to ensure optimal plant performance
- Coordination to the EVN dispatch center for all generation related requirements
- Carry out all activities as per contractual requirements, standard operating procedures and ensure legal and statuary compliance at site

- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, customer service, and problem solving
- Can work independently and can do multi
-tasking
- Knowledgeable in electrical tools and testing measurement instruments
- Experience in SCADA and CMMS
- Competency in use of all programs within MS Office
- With strong leadership and supervisory experience
- Experience working on LV, MV and HV. Background in HV switchyard maintenance is an advantage
- Knowledge in power plant system is an advantage. Operation experience dealing with A0, A2, etc is preferred
- O&M experience is an advantage
- Experience and knowledge in PV plant is an advantage
- Willing to be train
- Electrical engineering courses or any related course
- Language required: Vietnamese, English global tranining
