***Purpose of Job:Responsible for create/develop pattern, Pattern grading and Fabric/Elastic consumptions***Main Duties:1.Create basic pattern according received tech pack and measurement chart.2.Develop basic pattern for fit approval.3.Grade patterns according to grading rules.4.Calculate fabric/Elastic consumption.5.Pattern alternation according to Fit/Pilot comments.6.Provide pattern related documents for both sampling and production. (Spec, mini markers, cutting specs, spreading sheet and pattern discrepancy report)7.Make measurements chart and How to Measure.8.Manage and maintain T&A/critical path for sample approval.

***Minimum Requirements:
- Education:Possess sound technical knowledge with a Textile Degree/Diploma from a recognized institute.
- Level of Using Foreign language: Fluent in Speaking & writing English
- Computer knowledge: CAD/CAM system (Lectra, Winda) Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook,
- Having knowledge of: Able to make pattern of Bra, Brief, T
-Shirt, Legging, Men’s underwear, CAD/CAM system (Winda), A sound understanding of sewing, read and understanding tech pack and customer comments.
- Essential skills: Problem solving, innovative thinking, communication skills, execution excellence.***Other requirements:
- Number of experience year: Five years of similar capacity.
- Personality: Enthusiasm, open minded, team work.
