Mô tả công việc • Design and develop pattern for sample room and production Dept.• Inspect proto, sms, pp samples, release comment for pattern cutter amending.• Adjust pattern design and setup sample sizes (step size for pattern)• Definite and make complete specifications and norms of materials tables for related parts• Setting bulk garment standard for factory• Finishing, checking pattern before deploying production• Follow the sewing pattern and sewing line production to ensure exact technical requirements• Make technical documentation for products code• Responsible for guidance and technical support for sample goods and manufactured goods.• Working with Company's QC and the outsourcing, simultaneously provide the solution to resolve issues related to the technical standards of the product.• Other details will be discussed during interview

Yêu cầu công việc • Graduated from College / University degrees in Garment Technology / Fashion Design / Pattern Maker fields or relevant industry• Have experience for Clothes Pattern Maker’s experience in garment industry (such as jacket, pants and shirt, sport, uniform……)• Male/Female: Ages: above 30+ years old• Can use Gerber software/Lectra software (necessary condition)• Can read documents in English and transfer CAD to pattern, change size,…• Organizational skills with an acute attention to construction detail• Experience: at least 5 years working of experience in the Pattern Maker position in Garment industry• Good planning skill and communication skill• Good English skill (is required)• Good time management skill• Good teamwork• Good problem solving skill• Honest and work hard Quyền lợi được hưởng - Having chances to get attractive company bonus every month/year- Company trip once a year + Joining party- Salary and position is reviewed 1 time a year- Bonus by individual ability and company’s performance.- Social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and other benefits- Dynamic and sociable working environment.
