We believe in empowering people to experience the outdoors to the fullest.And we believe in you.ABOUT THE POSITION Ensure that the footwear manufacturing processes are monitored and carried out according to Columbia guidelines and the Production Manual in the assigned factory. (can vary, depending on the product.) And also carry out the final inspection procedures as per the Columbia QA schedule and by maintaining the P.O. Status Report on a daily basis. Carry out Health and Safety inspections on a monthly basis.HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCEChecking shoe quality through the line to define issue happened from the first step. Checking if all workers did follow SOP correctness. Doing Final Inspection by checking cosmetic, packing, labelling, moisture, physical testing, shoe quality to see if it’s qualified and enough condition to ship out. Keep report to your manager all issue, detail if there is any PO# out of plan, delay.Confirming the color swatch before mass production to make sure it matchs to confirmation sample and check single material testing report/ FGT specimen everyday. Picking up goods inline to test. Doing check all working condition (protection, electric, power, environment) at factory then warning if there is any items unqualify, also keep reporting to your manager.Doing check B2B, Molding, 6S, Metal control, B C shoe grade monthly with fty then report to your manager. As well as joining T meeting to define the shoe technician of new season, keep learning and make a file recording production status ( quality) of models which had been allocated to you to share with team.
