As a Storekeeper and Receiving Officer you are responsible for effectively managing the movement of stock in and out of the storeroom and control of all items in the store.Duties and Responsibilities:For storekeeper:1. Control stock in designed store rooms by means of stock rotation, and keeping appropriate par stock levels.2. Ensure that all requisitions are fully completed and checked before being released to the respective departments.For receiving officer:1. Inspect all incoming goods to ensure that quantity, quality, price and all the other specifications are adhered to.2. Ensure goods are secured at all times and prompt transfer3. Prepare daily receiving report summaries and report on any variances immediately.4. Perform other tasks under the department's requirement.
