- Scheduling repair appointments considering workshop capacities, and ensuring minimal waiting times for customers
- Proactive part, accessories and labor sales
- Creating quotations, job cards and invoices
- Quality control of serviced vehicles
- Administration of customer, vehicle and job data in DMS and JLR IT systems
- Processes warranty claim and reconciles payment against warranty claims
- Customer relationship management activities (e.g.: complaint management/ warranty & service follow
-up/ etc.)
- Supporting planning and conducting After Sales marketing activities
- Ensuring vehicle reception & handover according to JLR standards
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and an efficient and fast service process

- Good knowledge of vehicle systems and technologies
- 2 years of practical working experience as technician
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Good at English knowledge (written and spoken)
- Good communication skills
- Quality and customer focused approach
- Dynamic, positive, confident, self
