To administer talent development programs across the organization related to performance management, talent sourcing, assessment and selection, onboarding, learning and development, and related activities to help facilitate the execution of the company’s talent strategy to support of the Hotel’s future growth. Assisting Director of T&C with payroll
- Filing and general administration – maintaining an accurate database & files
- Track ALL training, utilising AHAcademie Online tool and excel spreadsheet
- Coordinate with various departments for internal trainings / events as well as facilitating the trainings /events
- Preparation of monthly T&C pack (calendar, book trainings, reviews, etc)
- Main point of contact for all employee queries
- Assist with providing a fantastic on
-boarding experience for frontline team members
- Recruitment exposure, with responsibilities increasing overtime
- Safety & Environmental administration as required

• University student, major in foreign languages, Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, Hospitality. Tốt nghiệp đại học, chuyên nghành ngoại ngữ, quản trị nhân sự, kinh tế, hành chính, khách sạn. • 1
-2 year experience in the same position. 1
