-Is responsible to manage the operations of the Spa and actively taking part in their promotion and execution.
-To achieve a high level of guest’s satisfaction by maintaining consistency and efficiency in service and politeness among the members of the staff and ensure guest’s satisfaction in accordance with the hotel’s philosophy.
-To create a warm and friendly atmosphere for the guests
-To always show and act with a very professional attitude towards guests and staff in order to make sure guests enjoy the treatment and to protect privacy of guests all the time
-To interact with customers, being friendly and courteous will help keep customers coming back.
-To keep clean & tidy all working areas
-To keep accurate control of the consumption and usage of materials, supplies and energy
-To ensure proper handling and treatment of machines, equipment and utensils.
-To control the section’s expenses to minimize the costs and maximize the revenues
-To give ideas to increase profitability and revenues
-To plan and conduct professional training program to staffs.Other tasks requested by General Manager.
