* Your Key Responsibilities:
- Operates, oversees works compensation and benefits (C&B) for employees level.
- Maintaining personnel files and records, including new hires, resignations, dismissals, etc.
- Maintaining and recording Social Insurance, Health insurance and others insurance for employee.
- Oversees benefits for employee: maternity, sickly, terminations payment etc.
- Preparing probation contract, labor contract.
- Performance Appraisal for after probation, renew contract.
- PIT for employee including Expats and Vietnamese.
- Make related report.

Yêu cầu công việc

* Skills and attributes for success:
- Good knowledge on Labor Law, Social Insurance, PIT and other related regulations
- Microsoft Office efficiency: Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Must have the skills to organize and store personnel records carefully and scientifically
- Good english for two skills are reading and communication.
- Exposure to SAP software for payroll is a plus.* To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Bachelors’ degree or Colleges&039; degree in HR, Economics or any related fields.
