- Drives web traffic/sales, growth of e
-Commerce applications via targeted online campaigns and
- Manage rate, room inventory changes and ensure maximum ADR and profitability.
- Manage OTAs listing, surveys and follow/participate in the latest promotions.
- Do market survey, analyze competitors
- Manage promotion on hotel booking engine from time to time
- Monitor the hotel&039;s e
-commerce strategies that are being implemented
- Prepare weekly report, channels monthly performance reports etc
- Manage rate parity among OTA channelsretention strategies, with high level of customer acquisition and conversion.
- Perform all other functions as maybe required by the DOSM or GM
- Coordinate with Front Office team with all reservation speciaL request, repeats guest, VIP guest and ensure special note from guest fufill within hotel scope and handling them well.
- Handle daily correspondences, respond to inquiries and review/monitor the daily reservations.
- Ensure that all FIT bookings are dealt with, following correct procedure, rate codes and proper business source code selection.
- Close coordination with Marcom for contents and other promotional campaigns, materials in all channels.
- Review room blocking for Long Stay, Special group request etc.
- Sort out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
- Monitor and coordinates group reservation activity with the Sales Department.
- Process all cancellations and modifications and promptly relays this information to the front desk.
- Assist with room viewing as and when required.

- Knowledge in Revenue management is an advantage

- Basic)
- Minimum of two (2) years in similar capacity.
- Developed analytical and problem solving skills;
- Logical thinking and interest working with figures as well as statistics
- Computer literate and highly familiar with E
-commerce
