Mô tả công việc• To plan and conduct professional training program to staffs. Other tasks requested by General Manager.• To control the section’s expenses to minimize the costs and maximize the revenues• Is responsible to manage the operations of the Spa and actively taking part in their promotion and execution.• To always show and act with a very professional attitude towards guests and staff in order to make sure guests enjoy the treatment and to protect privacy of guests all the time• To interact with customers, being friendly and courteous will help keep customers coming back.• To achieve a high level of guest’s satisfaction by maintaining consistency and efficiency in service and politeness among the members of the staff and ensure guest’s satisfaction in accordance with the hotel’s philosophy.• To create a warm and friendly atmosphere for the guests• To ensure proper handling and treatment of machines, equipment and utensils.• To keep accurate control of the consumption and usage of materials, supplies and energy• To keep clean & tidy all working areas• To give ideas to increase profitability and revenues

Yêu cầu công việc• Good in English speaking.• Experience: minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in a senior Spa/ Massage leadership position, with emphasis on Service or Hospitality industry.
