The HR Manager takes care of all aspects of HR works like recruiting, administration, HR legal issues and contracts. During the starting phase, the HR Manager reports to the General Director; with a growing organisation, a formation of a HR Department is planned.• Elaboration of shifts models for the production unit (from 2023 on)• Professional collaboration with the employees, their organisations and/or unions and the governmental labour departments• Assist the General Director in all major HR decisions.• Update and alignment of the KVN ILR’s with Vietnamese Labour Laws and Kurz Global Code of Conduct in cooperation with our legal advisors.• Enforcement of the ILR’s in cooperation with the management team.• Carry out all relevant HR
-administration duties including contract management, payment of salaries, benefits and social insurance.• Recruiting employees according to the personnel planning given by the General Director in collaboration with the responsible leaders of the departments.• Establish employer branding activities with the target to get the best employees for Kurz Vietnam.

-up of manufacturing companies; ability to cooperate with experts and managers in the high tech fieldExperience and Education• Negotiation and setup of labour contracts and ILR’s, enforcement of the ILR’s, termination of contracts• Excellent English skills in speaking and writing• Master Degree in economics, psychology, and/or legal matters is preferred but not a must.• Several years of experience in HR matters necessary; ideally in a production based company.
