• Management and administration of human resources work• Directly participate in recruitment interviews, negotiate remuneration for important positions of the hotel.• Participate in the development of a system of policies on reward and discipline and organize the implementation.• Budget management for HR activities• Directing and controlling the implementation of training activities, ensuring that the time and quality requirements are met.• Control activities related to procedures: signing/terminating labor contracts, transferring, rewarding, disciplining...; Manage employee records to ensure proper procedures.• Organizing the application of salary, bonus, allowance, insurance regime, welfare regime and supporting working conditions for employees in the hotel.• Professional advice or how to handle issues related to human resource management for hotel management.• Make short
-term and long
-term human resource plans for the hotel, including: recruitment plan, training and development plan, cohesive activity plan, ...• Make periodic reports according to the hotel&039;s regulations or when there is an unexpected request of the leader.• Participate in building and periodically adjusting the budget for staff in line with the actual needs and policies of the hotel.• Controlling the content of reports and information related to the hotel&039;s personnel issues when sent to the authorities.• Directing, implementing and controlling the implementation of the recruitment plan for hotel personnel, ensuring that the requirements for quality, quantity and recruitment time are met.
