Mô tả công việc

- Daily/Hourly checking of emails, and messages with translation from Vietnamese into English as required. Follow up on behalf of management with factories and suppliers per the manager’s direction.
- Other tasks as requested from management.
- Act as a liaison between the Production team and Management level to ensure all information is presented as requested,
- Follow up on shipments with freight suppliers to feedback information to management promptly,
- Providing full detail for meetings, including preparation, minutes and review,

- Good English in both Written and Verbal
- Proactive, Problem Solving
- At least 3 years experience in an EA/PA role, preferably within the furniture industry.
- Ability to make decisions quickly without hesitation with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Teamwork oriented and result person
- Mature, Smart,Well
-Communication, Confidential characters etc
- Previous planning experience will be highly regarded
