Mô tả công việcFollow up sample delivery activities.Assist Production Support Manager on daily activityCoordinate with QA & sales team when get complaint to investigate it and provide Corrective Action Plan to customer.Update and release Sample Monitoring Sheet to David and Sample Team.Others task and duties from time to time from management not stated on aboveReceive claim from Claim Officer with all information (specs/drawing/actual item, ...).Follow up finishing process and send to warehouse for packing.Co
-ordinate with Sample Team/Supplier for commitment date.Provide production references to QC Manager (approved color panel, sign off sample, wicker swatch).Release claim to Sample Team/ SupplierMake technical document file as per Production Support Manager instruction.Finalize and send technical document (specs, drawing, color panel, wicker swatch, fabric swatch, ...) to Sample Team/ Supplier/ Chemical Supplier.Receive and relay all QA issues informed by QC Team/ Final Audit Team/ Technical Team/ Packing Team/ Warehouse Team/ … to Production Support Manager.Receive sample list from CEO/ CS and release to Sample Team/ Supplier.
