• Plan, attend and take minutes of meetings.• Liaise with management, different department, consultants, contractors and authorities for the project’s implementation and construction.• Order necessary office supplies.• Provide Board of Management with update on Binh Dinh market in terms of real estate and hospitality sectors and other related information that might be beneficial for the operations and development of the Company.• Carry out the other project administration and coordination for construction management.• Be responsible for filing all official writing communications with external parties in soft and hard copy and communicate regular update for relevant internal departments and future reference.• Provide detailed updates to the project management board and other stakeholders in terms of photos and the progress of each package or work.• Support Project Management team on other project basis in accordance with the assignment from Head of Division and/ or Management.• Monitor the daily progress of projects.• Organize project and business trips’ logistics.• Prepare necessary office supplies.
