Gardenline International, is a specialist in outdoor furniture for over 25 years in Vietnam & China. Our premium outdoor furniture produced in Vietnam and shipped to customers all over the world. We are looking for a Purchasing Executive to join our team.ThePurchasing Executive,especial in CUSHION field, will be responsible for:· Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.· Track orders and ensure timely delivery.· Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases· Managing daily purchasing activities.· Keep up with various updates to provide to Costing departments.· Placement of orders to suppliers,· Work with factory to delivery on
-time.· Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.· Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.· Managing supplier relations and negotiating prices and order timelines.Diagnose production problems and work with factories to present alternatives.Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.· Research potential vendors.

Yêu cầu công việc

· Accurate and precise attention to detail· Minimum of 2 solid years of purchasing in a Furniture Manufacturing Environment as a purchasing manager especial in Cushion branch or in a similar position· Strong in Management Reporting, Manageability and Planning.· Must have a strong systems background and have excellent analytical skills; sound understanding of costing principals.· Fluency in English is a priority· Having previous experience about BOM· Strict attention to detail· Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently· Strong in Time
-Management Skill· Able to make decisions in a fast
-paced environment.· Strong ability to drive products costing analysis, set up products target cost and actively involved in project team (including factories) to reduce cost of the products· Strong planning and organizational skills.· High level skill in Microsoft Excel.
