Mô tả công việc

-Provide accurate information about local attractions and services
-Complete and maintain any incident reports, daily activity reports or other reports requested by management
-Register and check guests in
-Listen and respond to guest queries and requests both in
-person and by phone
-Maintain a neat and orderly front desk and reception area
-Answer and direct incoming calls
-Liaise with necessary staff including housekeeping and maintenance to address any problems or complaints made by guests
-Ensure proper room allocation
-Enforce rules and policies of the hotel
-Close guest accounts and check guests out
-Process accurate payment of guest accounts
-Welcome and greet guests
-Manage conference room bookings and scheduling
-Solving all guest&039;s request, guest&039;s complaint and report to Head of department.
-Make and confirm reservations for guests
-Monitor visitors to the hotel

- Use English fluently
- Agility, communication skills, good situation handling and willingness to work in shifts
- Male/Female candidates
- Graduated from university/college
- Preference will be given to candidates with a degree in hospitality.
