Mô tả công việcService event:
- Survey & Interview end
-user during Demo/Service event and after Demo/Service events.
- Conducts service campaign trip (for Honda products, OEM products)
- Conducts demo trip (for Honda products, OEM products)
- Demo, trial use, testing…: Plan and action follow as Company &039;s schedule.
- Create and build service event video clip and upload on company SNS and manage.
- Manage products that HVPP are lending, record & manage trial use data
- Manage gift, products, asset… use for service event activities.
- Monitor products during trial use time.
- Create, and develop demo method so that how to effective,
- Collect & record VOC from end
-user, trial user, analysis & feedback to factory…
- Conducts trial use activities by free lend products to end
-userOther:
- Implement service campaigns or services policy,
- Make regular reports as per request from managers.
- Make your plans for work assigned,
- Follow service process and co
-operate with other Department to complete your action plan & CS Dept. action plan,
- Support other CS member so that completed common plan of Dept;
- Perform other work as assigned by manager.
