Responsibilities:• Analyze to found counter measure for technical issue• Proceed warranty payment to dealer, follow and control warranty reimburse from SMC, SIM, SMT, local supplier, etc.• Prepare the documents and material related with recall/service campaigns and monitor performance.• Make a warranty & FTIR report to Management team.• Guide to dealers, especially when customer complaints occurred• Act as a dealer and provide reliable services from the customer&039;s perspective• Work with Supplier, Local supplier for warranty process, claim and payment• Manage Warranty team• Cooperate with QA and QC staff for investigation• Analyze and report warranty claim, technical issue• Support training activities• Investigate the cause of the problems and present quick solutions.• Make & manage warranty budget.• Other duties assigned by Head of Division.• Implement basic solutions to service

Requirements:• Management, presentation skills.• Have 5
